PHYSICAL VIBRANCY is the maximization of the conditioning and functioning potential of each person’s skeletal structure, organs, and systems. This maximization is unique to each individual because every body is different, requiring distinct approaches for both maintenance and growth of physical health.

At the leadership level, maximizing physical health catalyzes both personal and organizational success. It makes people more energetic, stalwart, productive, and better able to invest the extra effort necessary to overcome unforeseen challenges.
